Three weeks til opening night of Dogfight, presented by After Hours Theatre Company! This is the third major show for the company, and my third show playing guitar for them. It’s their biggest cast and production yet and, based on the ridiculous talent in the cast, creative team, and band, is shaping up to be their best (so far). Written by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, the Oscar-winning, Tony-nominated team behind La La Land and Dear Evan Hansen, Dogfight tells the story of three U.S. Marines about to head to Vietnam, and an unexpected romance on the eve of their deployment.
